Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will review your claim and follow up with the next steps. If the damage is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement where available — or a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.
For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection through Guide at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can file a claim directly with them for a fast resolution. We highly recommend adding it at checkout.
If you did not opt for shipping protection and your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you in resolving it with the carrier.
